Preschool Ash Wednesday Chapel Service at 9:15 am in MacColl Auditorium on Wednesday, February 14

All Parents/family members are invited to join your child in MacColl Auditorium this Wednesday at 9:15 a.m., which is Ash Wednesday. Students, parents, and teachers are invited to receive the sign of the cross on their forehead in ash, as a sign and reminder of Christ’s love for them (on St. Valentine’s Day!) If you are attending the service, please join your child when your child’s class is going up for the imposition of ashes, so you can receive them together. If you do not want your child to receive the imposition of ashes, please let me know, and your child will receive a heart-shaped sticker on their hand! We will have wipes available for children who would like to remove the ash from their forehead after the service. (It is ok to do that!)

Please email me at [email protected] to let me know if you DO NOT want your child to receive the imposition of ashes. If I do not hear from you I will assume you are ok with your child receiving the imposition of ashes during our chapel service.
