DESCRIPTION:Preschool Ash Wednesday Chapel Service at 9:15 am in MacColl Auditorium  on Wednesday\, February 14 \nAll Parents/family members are invited to join your child in MacColl Auditorium this Wednesday at 9:15 a.m.\, which is Ash Wednesday.  Students\, parents\, and teachers are invited to receive the sign of the cross on their forehead in ash\, as a sign and reminder of Christ’s love for them (on St. Valentine’s Day!)  If you are attending the service\, please join your child when your child’s class is going up for the imposition of ashes\, so you can receive them together. If you do not want your child to receive the imposition of ashes\, please let me know\, and your child will receive a heart-shaped sticker on their hand! We will have wipes available for children who would like to remove the ash from their forehead after the service. (It is ok to do that!)  \nPlease email me at sharip@stthomaswhitemarsh.org to let me know if you DO NOT want your child to receive the imposition of ashes. If I do not hear from you I will assume you are ok with your child receiving the imposition of ashes during our chapel service.

DESCRIPTION:Calling all STNS families!  Wear your Eagles gear on Wednesday\, January 31st. \nWe have scheduled an Eagles Day on Wednesday\, January 31st.  At 11:00 a.m.\, in the upper parking lot\, all students will be on the side of the church singing the Eagles Fight Song! \nLisa Lonie\, the Carillon who plays the bells in the church bell tower\,  is going to play the Eagles Fight Song in the church bell tower (there are 19\,000 bells in the tower!!)  She has already played them on Tuesday and recorded it on the church website\, it sounds soooo cool!  The kids are going to dress up in Eagles gear and come out and sing the Eagles fight song.   \nOne of the teachers came up with the tagline:  “ The Eagles are going to ring the Patriots Bell on Sunday!”  I thought that was so cute!  All parents are welcome to come see the kids singing and if you are not a student on that day come by at 11:00 a.m. to sing the Eagles Fight Song with us.  It is going to be so much fun! \nGOOOOO EAGLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parents and supporters are free to shop the entire store while parent volunteers from POST watch our children play. Pre-order snacks for your children that night using the form in your child’s cubby (also attached to this email). Peanut & tree-nut free snacks will also be available for purchase that evening!A percentage of your Barnes & Noble purchases will benefit our school. DESCRIPTION:A SHARED EVENT BETWEEN ST. THOMAS’ CHURCH AND ST. THOMAS’ NURSERY SCHOOL – Come join us for our first shared event with St. Thomas’ Church\, Trunk or Treat! Children are invited to wear their Halloween costumes to church! After church\, at 11:00 am\, we will park our cars in the field behind the barn\, decorate our car trunks\, and hand out candy to children\, like we will on Halloween! This shared event is a great opportunity for St. Thomas’ Church and St. Thomas’ Nursery School families to get to know one another. It is also a great event to invite friends and family to!
