Starting this Fall, Enrichment (T/W/Th – Language Arts, STEM, Art Activities – 12:00-2:00) will be offered to our older children (orange, blue, green, pink). Our Two and Three year olds (yellow, grey, red, purple) will be in a lunch bunch program with play and age appropriate enriching activities. If your child is staying until 3:00 p.m. they will end their day with inside/outside play (weather permitting), popsicles and fun classroom activities!
All students that stay in the Afternoon Explorers will have Movement Monday and Fun Friday!

We are so excited to meet our new families and for our returning families to be back in the halls of St Thomas’!
Here is the link to our online Tuition Express Monthly Contract. You will receive an email the 15th of every month to complete this contract for the following month and this will be on our website each month.
All families are to complete this each month unless you know your child’s schedule is set for the year, you may choose that option on the form.
New this year! We are bringing back our enrichment program for our older students (Orange Tigers, Blue Birds, Green Geckos and Pink Butterflies) who attend our Afternoon Explorer Program. This will be built in our afternoon schedule for any child in those classes who stays for our afternoon program until 2:00 p.m. It will be offered T, W, Th (Language Arts, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and Art. If your child only stays until 1:00 p.m. they will have a traditional lunch bunch with their class which consists of playing outside and eating lunch. If you want to extend their hours to participate in enrichment you can always change it the following month. All our Pre-K teachers will be teaching their own class on T, W, Th and they will be with the students in their class. They may group together to do some fun activities throughout the month.
Our Two- and Three-year old’s (yellow chicks, grey elephants, red pandas, purple owls) will be in a lunch bunch program with play and age-appropriate enriching activities. We have a nap room if your child needs a nap from 1-2:00p.m. and we will have some quiet time for our younger students that do not nap but are staying until 3:00 p.m.
This contract gives you the monthly option to choose early drop off (8:00 a.m-9:00 a.m) and to select what hours you want, on the days your child attends school. For example, if your child is signed up for MWF Purple Owls and you would like your child to stay until 1:00 p.m. You would select the number of days your child attends school, 3 days a week, and the hours 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m. If your child is signed up for Blue Birds M-F and you would like your child to stay until 2:00 p.m. you would select the number of days your child attends school, 5 days a week, and the hours 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. If your child is staying for the 9-12 only, you still need to complete this form each month. You can also add any of the days you would like to have your child attend our early bird program 8-9 am. This is to help us with our teacher to student ratio each afternoon.
New Offering First Semester: Any student staying 5 days has the option of a split week. T, W, Th 9a.m.-2:00 p.m., M/F 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.. This will be offered for our first semester to help with the transition into school and a longer day. If your child attends 5 days a week and you want your child to participate in enrichment but don’t think your child is ready for 5 days 9-2, you can pick this option.
